I can't believe POTUS' vacillations. He came in with a mandate that's better than even the most likable prom queen! Sir, please use the chips that the Americans have handed you to blow in any which way you please, no questions asked - what are you waiting for? If you're going to wait for the perfect timing, the perfect hand or the perfect political opportunity, I'm afraid that would be the demise of not only you but the very hard-earned Democratic majority in the congress.
It is time for bold moves, practically despotic measures - don't waiver, just do what it will take to get us back on track. We're with you, no worries!
