Despite the facts (and Wozzeck's post earlier about Cantor's $hitty grin!), the Rethugs managed to eek out a small victory over this. They successfully diverted the attention away from the real issues (the deregulation touting A$$holes who ensured casino-capitalism) to chump-change issues ($165, in the grand scheme of bailouts/total financial losses, is like toilet-paper expense for the year!)
This reminds me, we should put together a deck of cards (ala the Boosh admin during the 2nd Gulf War) on the most complicit anti-regulation politicians who are currently serving in the Congress. Let's show the public who these jerk-offs are who mortgaged not only our children's future, but our present.
Rethugs can't help but play the old politicking game, even during these times of abject financial disaster, the financial equivalent of a Global Katrina, solely for political gains - all at the expense of poor and middle-class Americans.
Cantor, we wised and you better do the same. Your party was given a serious a$$ whupping, with more to come if you keep up your shenanigans!
