Most of us forget how divided this nation has become. Imagine, over 54 million voted for the McCain/Palin ticket - if our presidency was to be decided by the popular vote, we'd all still be in the courts trying to fight for every last hanging chad!
Murdoch et. al. know these numbers better than anyone else in the business. They have a captive audience of half the US population, while the other news/media organizations fight over the remaining half. It's a great business venture for Faux, since they will never run out of idi0ts in that half of the population. No wonder toadies like Stossel jump the ship at the first chance.
