That's the "rope-a-dope" strategy that has been alluded to in the past - and it will work again. Public at large is not going to stand for inaction for too long. Rethuglicans have shot their entire wad in August, with nothing to show for except a bunch of hate/fear mongering speeches, not even a pot left to pi$$ in.
