Let's not be quick to judge Evo. Here's something to consider:
His is the only country with known deposits of Lithium (yes, the one for the rechargeable batteries) which can be readily harvested. And yes, Rio Tinto nor B.H.P Billiton own the rights to exploit that. Given these facts, and the insatiable appetite for rechargeable devices (and maybe cars), Evo is rightfully panicking. He//, that's the next "black gold".
