Banks Make $38 Billion From Overdraft Fees


Any party affiliation aside, shoudn't we look at the math? These fees are not "graduated", i.e., if you take out $10 or $500, the fee is still the same - normally $3 per transcation. Who gets the short end of the stick on this? The poor people. Yet, the politicians from both parties havent' done anything about this. This type of "penalty" is worst than the usury condemned by the "Judeo Christian" values that are "supposedly" espoused by the financial/­legislatur­e cabal.
