That's what the Rethugs are good at, making sh/t up - on the fly. Almost all of them are unqualified to run a 7-11, let alone make decisions in that hallowed chamber that impact our lives. BTW, I do believe his Freudian slip was based on inside scoop of India actually being a threat in the coming decades. I suppose it isn't cool to trash your major donors by crapping all over them with slips like these, however!
